Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser decoration apparatus capable of smoothly forming an internal surface of a laser processing groove even when a rendering speed of laser light is raised.SOLUTION: A laser decoration apparatus 11 has the capability to render a pattern, which includes a laser processing groove, by irradiating laser light L1, which is continuous oscillation laser light, to a part material 2. The laser decoration apparatus 11 includes an optical shutter 32 and optical shutter control unit 41. The optical shutter 32 diffracts the laser light L1 and changes the power of the diffracted laser light L1. Based on laser irradiation data produced from image data representing the pattern, the optical shutter control unit 41 performs control to activate the optical shutter 32 so that the power of the laser light L1 will vary depending on the rendering speed of the laser light L1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
