The laser induction type electric discharge machine forms the through-hole in a focal position of a laser beam on an insulation base board by using an inter-electrode discharge phenomenon. The laser induction type electric discharge machine has a branch optical system, and the branch optical system can branch off the laser beam radiated from a laser beam source into a plurality of branch laser beams, and the laser induction type electric discharge machine has a plurality of electrode sets for discharge. In the laser induction type electric discharge machine, the plurality of respective electrode sets correspond to the respective branch laser beams.
