Abstract:
To provide a laser machining method that effectively reduces the contamination due to decomposed materials on a surface of a workpiece when machining the workpiece with a laser beam, thus performing laser machining with ease and high production efficiency.
The laser machining method for machining the workpiece by irradiating with a laser beam includes performing the laser machining while sucking and removing, near a laser irradiating portion, the decomposed materials generated in the laser beam irradiation.
