PURPOSE: To execute the medical treatment to the affected part by means of contact and the non-contact medical treatment by means of a radiated light by forming an area in which a film body for converting a laser light to heat energy is formed, and an area for emitting a part of the laser light to the outside, in the tip part of a probe main body or its vicinity.
CONSTITUTION: On the surface of the tip part 13, an area covered with a laser absorb ing film 14, and a radiating part 15 being an area which is not covered with the laser absorbing film 14, and from which a part of a laser light is emitted to the outside are formed. The laser light led to the tip part 15 of a probe main body 11 is converted to heat energy by the laser light absorbing film 14 with regard to a part thereof, and the probe tip 13 is heated. Accordingly, by bringing the tip part 13 into contact with the human body affected part 60, a medical treatment such as incision, etc., can be executed. On the other hand, the laser light radiated from the radiating part of the probe main body 11 is radiated directly to an incised part 61, and by heating the incised part concerned 61, a medical treatment such as bleeding stop, etc., is executed. In such a way, optimal energy required for the respective medical treatments of incision and bleeding stop is supplied to the affected part.
