Abstract:
To form an organic EL layer which forms a light emission layer of an organic EL panel without using a vapor deposition mask.
A circuit board 101 having an organic EL element formation part 110 is arranged opposite to a metal donor substrate 220 in which an organic EL film 21 is formed on a support substrate 20. Laser beams are irradiated to the metal donor substrate 220, shock waves are generated in the support substrate 20, an organic EL layer is formed on the circuit board 101 side, and an organic EL panel is achieved which has high definition and a large screen and is manufactured at a reduced manufacturing cost.
