Abstract:

To provide a hygienic latent heat storage tank configured to effectively utilize a latent heat storage material, and to provide a hot water supply system including the latent heat storage tank.

The latent heat storage tank includes a latent heat storage material, heat exchange sheets embedded in the latent heat storage material, and a container for storing the heat exchange sheets and the latent heat storage material. The heat exchange sheet includes a sheet-like base material, and a heat medium flow tube disposed in a groove provided in the base material and allowing a heat medium to flow through. The hot water supply system includes the latent heat storage tank.
