The latent heat storage tank includes heat storage boards each having the latent heat storage material sealed in a packaging material, heat exchange sheets, and a container for storing the heat storage boards and the heat exchange sheets. The heat exchange sheet includes a sheet-like base material, and a heat medium flow tube disposed in a groove provided in the base material and allowing a heat medium to flow through. The heat storage boards and the heat exchange sheets are alternately laminated in the container. The hot water supply system includes the latent heat storage tank.
