Abstract:
To provide a latent image printed matter having different two authenticity determination functions of an authenticity determination function using a dynamic visual effect of a moire pattern that can be authenticated by every one and latent image authentication visibly conceivable only when observed with light of a particular wavelength authenticable only by a limited information disclosure target person.SOLUTION: A latent image printed matter provided with a printed image obtained by laminating, in order, on a substrate, a semi-cylindrical element group having optical performance of at least any one of light dark flip flops or color flip flops, and a regularly arranged semi-cylindrical elements having a build-up, and a latent image element group being different in hue from the semi-cylindrical element group under a regular reflection light and being formed by regular arrangement of a pitch and an angle by differentiating at least one of the pitch and the angle from the semi-cylindrical element, in which a latent image is formed by dividing into the first latent image element group and the second latent image element group different in absorption characteristics or emission characteristics in light of specific wavelength band.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
