This system is constituted of a franchise type shop owning a POS terminal for issuing an IC card, a laundry housing locker controlled by the IC card and owned by the franchise type shop, the collection and delivery terminal of the collection and delivery center for collecting the finished items of the laundry from a cleaning plant and temporarily keeping them, and a controller for controlling the IC card. On the basis of information generated from the controller through an information network, the finished items of the laundry are transferred from the collection and delivery center to the laundry housing locker.
