Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy costs by detecting a human body and operating and controlling air-conditioning means and at the same time reduce the costs of the arrangement connection configuration of a human body detection means when providing the air-conditioning means at a lavatory device with a warm- water washing toilet seat.
SOLUTION: A lavatory device is provided with an air-conditioning means 13 for air-conditioning the inside of a lavatory room 30, a warm-water washing toilet seat 3 that is mounted at a toilet seat, an infrared sensor 32 as a means for detecting a human body 33 entering the lavatory room 30, and a control part 24 for controlling the operation of the air-conditioning means 13 according to the output from the infrared sensor 32. The infrared sensor 32 is provided at a remote controller 31 of the warm-water washing toilet seat 3.
