In this heating device, a heating laying body 5 is overlappingly disposed below a tatami mat part 1. The heating laying body 5 comprises a main body part 20 incorporating an exothermic part generating heat by current carrying, and a control part 21 turning on and off a power supply of the main body part 20 and setting an exothermic temperature. The control part 21 is operably exposed, and the surface temperature of the tatami mat part 1 can be set to a prescribed temperature by operation of the control part 21.
