PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-free free-cutting bronze alloy for casting maintaining important properties while achieving reduction of cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a lead-free free-cutting bronze alloy for casting containing Zn: 15.0 to 20.0 mass%, Sn: 0.50 to 1.50 mass%, Bi: 0.6 to 1.5 mass%, P: 0.30 mass% or less and as impurities, Pb: 0.20 mass% or less and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities.
