Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve certain connection, to finely finish an endoscope and to prevent the slipping-off accident of an angle operating wire by fixing the leading ends of an image guide, a solid-state imaging element, a light guide and the like to the fixing member constituted of the angle operating wire.
CONSTITUTION: Angle operating wires 1 are mutually spirally wound twice or more in opposite directions and the spiral wires are fixed to form a cylindrical fixing member 2. The leading ends of an image guide, a solid-state imaging element, a light guide and various tubes are inserted in the fixing member 2 to be entirely integrated by molding processing or an adhesive to form a leading end hard part 3 where the leading ends of the image guide and the like are mounted. The foremost joint ring 4 among the connected joint rings constituting a curving part is fitted to the rear part of the fixing member 2 and, further, a flexible tube part is integrally continued and both ends of the angle operating wires 1 are extended to the handle part of an endoscope to be connected to a usual operation device. The outer peripheral surfaces of the fixing member, the curving part excepting the fixing member and the flexible tube part continued thereto are covered with a cover 6.
