Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve higher measuring accuracy in the detection of fine leak in a shorter time.
CONSTITUTION: The same pressure is applied to a fluid circuit 2a connected to a seal valve 3, into a test connection port 2. to a fluid circuit 1a as standard and into a standard connection port 1 by a first pressure supply means 10 and the individual parts are made independent of one another with the pressure Ps being applied thereto while the link thereof to the first pressure supply means 10 is broken with a solenoid valve 5 and a solenoid valve 6 to detect the pressure with a pressure detector 8 so that a fluid is supplied to the fluid circuit 2a and into the test connection port 2 by a second pressure supply means 20 so as to maintain the pressure to the above value Ps by a detection value of the pressure detector 8. At the same time, the amount of a fluid equal to the amount of the fluid supplied to the fluid circuit 2a and into the test connection port 2 is also supplied to the fluid circuit 1a and the into standard connection port 1 and a differential pressure between both the fluids is checked with a differential pressure detector 7 to detect the deficiency of an object to be measured comprising the valve 3.
