To provide an LED assembly lamp which can be suitably used for a bordering lamp and a border guiding lamp necessary for a safe emergency landing and taking-off of a helicopter, and provide a portable marker lamp for a helicopter emergency landing and taking-off area.
The LED assembly lamp 11 is composed at least of a lamp main body 12 provided with a light-emitting unit 13 having one or more layers with a lot of LEDs 14, light axes of irradiating lights of which are arranged radially in a horizontal direction to face each other, a refracting lens 23 which covers an outer circumference of the lamp main body 12 and is formed to transmit each of irradiating lights from the LEDs 14 in a free angle of refraction mainly from a horizontal direction to an upward direction and a transparent cover 33 to cover transmission of the irradiating lights after being refracted through the refracting lens 23. And, the LED assembly lamp is mounted on a portable casing 42 to make a portable marker lamp 41 for a helicopter emergency landing and taking-off area.
