This LED matrix lighting system is structured by parallel connecting one or more LED rows formed by connecting plural LED in series, by mutually connecting LED terminals attaining an almost same potential in different LED rows by resistance, or by connecting the LED terminals having the almost same potential to corresponding common conductors respectively by the resistance for every LED terminal group attaining the almost same potential.
