Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a left-behind-thing preventing apparatus which can effectively prevent an umbrella, being a carried item of users, from being left behind at various facilities which are used by many and unspecified persons.
SOLUTION: This left-behind-thing preventing apparatus is equipped with an openable/closable umbrella section 4, an opening/closing means which opens/closes the umbrella section 4, and a sensor section 1 which drives the opening/closing means. The opening/closing means is constituted of a motor 3, and a crank mechanism 8 which opens/closes the umbrella section 4 by the motor 3. The umbrella section 4 is opened/closed when the approaching of a human being is sensed by the sensor section 1.
