Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve illegal action disclosure ratio by displaying a passage time till issuance of a next lending card on a casing front surface based on a card selling command signal or card issuance detection signal.
SOLUTION: A note is thrown into a note throwing port of a prepaid card selling device, and one of selecting buttons 7A, 7B is operated for selection. By this selection, a selling command signal for a prepaid card is outputted from a control part of a control machine E to an issuing part 3. Based on this selling command signal, an issuing device 3A (for 1,000yen) or issuing device 3B (for 3,000yen) applicable for a selected prepaid card is driven, and the prepaid card is discharged from a discharge port 11A or 11B. This is detected by an applicable photosensor 9A or 9B to be inputted to the control part. Based on this input, the control part initialize the display part, and displays a passage time. The passage time can thus be visually recognized, thereby illegal usage of a lending card can be more easily detected.
