PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens array substrate having a first concave curved face formed in a substrate and a second concave curved face overlapping the first concave curved face, in which the second concave curved face can be suitably used as a lens face having a large radius of curvature, and an electro-optic device, an electronic apparatus, and a method for manufacturing a lens array substrate.SOLUTION: A lens array substrate 50 has a first concave curved face 290 formed in a light-transmitting substrate 29, in which a first light-transmitting layer 22 having a refractive index equal to that of the substrate 29 is formed inside the first concave curved face 290 and a surface of the first light-transmitting layer 22 opposite to the substrate 29 is formed into a second concave curved face 220. The second concave curved face 220 is covered with a second light-transmitting layer 23 having a refractive index different from that of the first light-transmitting layer 22 to constitute a lens face 240. The first light-transmitting layer 22 is formed continuous and thin from a bottom 298 side of the first concave curved face 290 to an opening edge 299 and is broken at a point between adjoining first concave curved faces 290; and a radius of curvature of the second concave curved face 220 is much larger than a radius of curvature of the first concave curved face 290.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
