A bearing member 54 supporting the top end of a main guide shaft 38 includes first and second bearing members 56 and 58. The first bearing member 56 is removably fitted into a first hole portion 60, to be rotatable around the center axis line of the first hole portion 60. The first bearing member 56 includes a first shaft portion 5602 and a second hole portion 5604. The center axis line of the second hole portion 5604 is eccentric with respect to the center axis line of the first shaft portion 5602. The second bearing member 58 is removably fitted into the second hole portion 5604, to be rotatable around the center axis line of the first hole portion 60. The second bearing member 58 includes a second shaft portion 5802 and a bearing hole 5804. The center axis line of the bearing hole 5804 is eccentric with respect to the center axis line of the second shaft portion 5802.
