Abstract:

To provide an imaging apparatus having a function to correct a focal position.

The imaging apparatus (20) is equipped with: a lens (1); a lens frame (2); a fixed barrel (3); a supporting member (4) supporting the lens and the lens frame movably in an optical axis direction with reference to the fixed barrel; a bimorph type piezoelectric element (6) moving the lens unit in the optical axis direction; a controller (14) controlling the bimorph type piezoelectric element; an acceleration sensor (5) capable of detecting the acceleration of the lens unit in the optical axis direction; an acceleration change detection means (10) detecting the change of the acceleration based on an output signal from the acceleration sensor; a reverse phase signal generation means (11) inverting the output signal from the acceleration change detection means to a reverse phase; and a displacement amount calculation means (12) obtaining the displacement amount of the lens based on the output signal from the reverse phase signal generation means. The controller controls the bimorph type piezoelectric element in accordance with an output signal from the displacement amount calculation means.
