To provide a lens frame body connection structure where flange back adjustment is easily performed by a lead screw by independently attaching an aperture frame in a lens frame irrespective of the attachment of the lens frame to a body.

A body frame 2 is fixed on the mounting plate 1a of the lens frame 1. An aperture frame 3 to which a pressing plate 4 is attached is a separate member independent of the body frame 2 and attached to the plate 1a of the lens frame 1. The body frame 2 and the aperture frame 3 are connected by coupling engaging parts 3a and 3b with engaging parts 2a and 2b. Even when the aperture frame 2 is moved back and forth due to the flange back adjustment, such movement is absorbed by the superposed part of the engaging parts. In the completion state of the camera, dimension from the top of a lens to the back surface of the camera is constant without causing the dispersion of every camera.
