Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of the levelness and perpendicularity of a laser oscillator by providing an adjusting mechanism for the laser oscillator which matches a laser light beam deflected down from a beam splitter with a laser light beam generated by reflecting said laser light beam by a liquid surface. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of the laser oscillator 2 which projects a laser light beam (a), the beam splitter 4 which splits the laser light beam (a) in its reflecting direction (b) and a downward direction (c) perpendicular to the emission direction, the liquid surface 8 which reflects the laser light beam deflected in the vertical downward direction (c), and the level adjusting mechanism 13 for the laser oscillator 2. Consequently, the laser light beam (c) deflected down from the beam splitter 4 and the laser light beam (d) generated by the reflection of the laser light beam (c) by the liquid surface 8 are only made coincident with each other by adjusting the level adjusting mechanism 13 finely irrelevantly to the installation state of the laser oscillator 2 as to a device main body, thereby easily and speedily set the levelness and perpendicularity with high accuracy.
