Abstract:
PURPOSE: To avoid a complicated structure by lowering down an object, adsorbed to an adsorptive surface, accurately to an objective position.
CONSTITUTION: Linear antigens 20, 20... are radially provided in an adsorptive surface 11 of adsorbing an object 30. In each linear antigen 20, a parallel slit light beam is irradiated downward so as to cross with the object 30 adsorbed to the adsorptive surface 11. In the parallel slit light beam, a shadow of the object 30, adsorbed to the adsorptive surface, is projected downward to display a horizontal directional position of the object in a surface where the object is lowered down.
