Abstract:
To provide an improved method for analyzing a nucleic acid in fields of molecular biology and nucleic acid chemistry.
This method comprises using a singly labeled probe and modifying light emission from a labeled nucleic acid for the purpose of conducting real time detection, analysis, and quantification of a nucleic acid sequence. Further, a reagent for the same is provided.
