To improve convenience of LED light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes: a communication part 11; a light-emitting part 14; and a controller 15. The communication part 11 receives notification information including information that a communication device receives from the outside or a notification type indicating a signal type, from the communication device. The light-emitting part 14 emits light.
