Abstract:
To provide such a structure that a light emitting diode element can be brought as close as possible to a reflector while avoiding interference with a bonding wire connecting the light emitting diode element and a pattern part in a light emitting diode light source unit comprising a printed wiring board for surface mounting the light emitting diode element.
The reflector 52 for directing light emitted from the light emitting diode element toward an object being illuminated is surface mounted between the light emitting diode element 9 surface mounted on the printed wiring board and a wiring land W formed on the printed wiring board P, and the light emitting diode element is connected with the wiring land through a bonding wire 61.
