Title:
LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY STICK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013200323
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a light emitting display stick for use in traffic control at night and cheering at events by not only light emitting but also displaying characters and patterns in a space with residual image effect, which allows easily recognizable characters and patterns to be displayed in a space with less distortion irrespective of the swing method or the swing speed of the stick, suitable for cheering at events, while not achieved by conventional ones.

A light emitting display stick 1 includes a built-in sensor to detect a swing angle in the stick, so that light emitting elements 5 emit light in response to the swing angle information relative to a reference angle. Characters and patterns with less distortion can be thus displayed in a space. The mode can be switched to allow the whole light emitting elements to emit light. An easy to use and effective light emitting display is thus achieved.
