Abstract:
To provide a light emitting element for emitting uniform light.
The light emitting element 10 comprises an n-type semiconductor layer 12 and a p-type semiconductor layer 13 sequentially formed on a substrate 11, and an alloyed film 19 formed on the layer 13. The film 19 has a long distance order superlattice structure, and formed by annealing a multilayer metal layer. Since the film 19 has excellent thermal conductivity and excellent electric conductivity, a current is supplied to the overall p-type semiconductor layer 13, and the element emits the uniform light.
