To improve points where there are many lighting systems refracting light into waveform by using a wave pattern on a water surface, but the lighting system with the water surface opened requires replenishment and replacement for eliminating evaporation and denaturation of a liquid, and removal of mixed foreign matter; it requires a lot of trouble to keep performance because degradation of transparency due to adhesion of droplets by evaporation or spray or the like occurs when a lid is used; and the type or location of light sources to be installed is limited or needs a lot of trouble to determine because the light sources to be normally combined with one another are provided in a limited condition.

Wave generation on a separation surface of a liquid is ensured by a plurality of kinds of liquids; a space on the upper surface of the liquid is eliminated to bring the uppermost liquid into contact with the lid surface to keep the performance; and the degree of freedom of light source selection is provided without incorporating a light source part.
