Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a light filter device which can finely adjust an incident angle with high accuracy by simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A male screw which has a surface where at least one end face is somewhat inclined to a center axis and which is provided with a light transmission part (lens) 2 in a center part, a light filter plate (light band pass filter plate) 5 which is fixed on the end face and transmits only the light within a specified wavelength range, and a female screw screwing with the male screw 4 are provided, and the center axis of the female screw is properly inclined to the optical axis of a beam passing through the light filter plate 5.
