Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light scanning observation apparatus in which the top end part of a prove can be made small, stray light is removed and noise is reduced.
SOLUTION: A light separating means 7a is disposed not in an observation apparatus main body 2 but at a probe base end 1b side and illumination light and detection light are separated at a place nearer a sample side than light joining parts 14, 15 between a probe 1 of a detection side and the observation apparatus main body 2 to constitute the apparatus so that the illumination light does not pass through the light joining parts. Structure of the top end part 1a of the probe can be made simple and small-sized by disposing the light separating means 7a at the probe base end 1b side.
