A laminate material is made by laminating a substrate film and a multilayered film made of at least one light-shielding polybutylene succinate resin layer of a resin composition mainly consisting of a polybutylene succinate as a major component and a black pigment. The light-shading packaging bag is made by using the laminate material and making the material into a bag.
