In the plurality of the light-emitting parts 1a to 1j so as to reduce reduction of drive efficiency of the plurality of the light-emitting parts 1a to 1j caused by a difference of light output characteristics expressed as light output against a drive current, the light-emitting parts of which the light output characteristics are made mutually nearly equal are mutually connected in series by means that distances from the center position O of a flat face are made mutually nearly equal where the plurality of the light-emitting parts 1a to 1j are installed.
