Abstract:
To provide a light source device in which light collection efficiency of a sensor is secured and which enables steep rise in the manufacturing cost thereof to be suppressed.SOLUTION: A light source device 1 includes: an excited light source 20 emitting primary light; a first lens 30 condensing the primary light; a wavelength conversion member 71 emitting quadratic light including the primary light and wavelength-converted light; a sensor 80 for detecting abnormality of the wavelength conversion member 71; and a second lens 40 making light returning to the side of the excited light source 20 incident on the sensor 80. The sensor 80 detects light returning to the side of the excited light source 20 via the second lens 40. The first lens 30 includes: a first face 31 on which the primary light is incident; and a second face 32 which is a face opposite to the first face 31 and from which the primary light incident from the first face 31 and transmitting through the inside is emitted. The curvatures of the third face 41 of the second lens 40 are different from the curvatures of the first face 31 and the second face 32 of the first lens 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
