Abstract:
To light an intended portion of a storage room in a more effective manner with a lighting device provided on a wall surface of the storage room to utilize light emitted from a light source more effectively.SOLUTION: A lighting device (10) provided on a side wall (8) of a storage room of a refrigerator includes a light source (3) and a cover (6). The cover (6) has: a light incident part (60) facing the light source (3); a first light guide part (61) which changes a travel direction of light entering from the light incident part (60) into an anteroposterior direction along the side wall (8); a light emitting part (63) which is located at the downstream of the first light guide part (61) in the travel direction of light traveling from the front to the rear and emits guided light into the storage room (2); and a second light guide part (62) which is located between the first light guide part (61) and the light emitting part (63) and guides light from the first light guide part (61) to the light incident part (63).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
