PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which achieves improvement of heat radiation performance and workability of assembly work while inhibiting enlargement.SOLUTION: A device body 2 includes: fixing parts 21 to which base parts 110 of light source units 1 are respectively fixed; and a frame part 20 having the fixing parts 21 and surrounding the base parts 110.
