To solve such the problem that there is a concern that assembly may become complicated on a lighting device including multiple members.SOLUTION: In a lighting device 1, a heat sink part 13 of a light source unit 10 includes a fin protrusion part 1324 further projecting from a lateral part on a side of an upper direction Z1 of a fin part 132; and a top plate opening part 1511 is provided so that a top plate part 15 disposed so as to cover the fin part 132 corresponds to the fin protrusion part 1324, whereby the lighting device 1 can be readily assembled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
