By using the LEDs as light sources and burying the light emitting parts of the LEDs in the lenses, utility efficiency of illumination light and electric power can be improved, heating value and temperature rise can be restrained when the LEDs are lit, and a structure of the lighting fitting, including illumination light lenses can be simplified.
