To provide a lighting fixture capable of uniforming brightness of each part of a light-dimming body equipped with a light regulating plate.
A single-base fluorescent lamp 25 having bulb parts (light-emitting parts) 25b, 25d parallel with each other is fitted to a fixture body 11, to which the light regulating body 28 is arranged covering the lamp 25. The light regulating body 28 is provided with two light regulating plates 36, 37 extended along a length direction of the lamp 25. These two regulating plates 36, 37 are tilted in a reverse direction to each other to make an interval A between each top edge fu at a side nearer to the lamp of the two light regulating plates 36, 37 shorter than an interval B between each lower edge fd at a side farther from the lamp 25. With this, direct light from the pair of the light-emitting parts 25b, 25d is made incident on not only opposing sides 36a, 37a but also non-opposing sides 36b, 37b of the both light regulating plates 36, 37.
