To provide a lighting fixture with a frame of cloth finish which is realized with a structure having small number of parts and with an operability of an end part treatment improved, when attaching cloth.

The lighting fixture with a cloth 3 attached to a resin-made frame 2 fitted to a lighting fixture body 1 has a lower end of the frame 2 open, and an upper end of frame 2 equipped with a support part to the body 1. The cloth 3 is attached with the end part of the frame as a folding part, to the vicinity of the upper end of the frame 2 for the inner face and to an inward part of the frame 2 over its upper end for an outer face. A groove 4 is provided for letting in an end of the cloth 3 on the inner face of the frame 2, and a groove 5 is provided for letting in an end part of the cloth 3 on the inner face of the frame 2.
