To provide a lighting fixture safely and surely positioning a shade and a lighting main part even when the shade is formed with glass, and also employing a light source with a high watt value.
The lighting fixture comprises the lighting main part 3 where an electric bulb D is mountable, and a shade 4 mounted on this lighting main part 3 that releases the electric bulb D up and down and has a side wall the surrounding the electric bulb D. An inclined plane 4a being opened downward is formed over a circumferential direction at least at a part in the side wall. The lighting main part 3 comprises a plurality of supporting frames 10 projecting toward an outside which have expandable adjusters 11 along individual projection directions; and the shade 4 is designed to be supported to the lighting main part 3, by putting the inclined plane 4a to each of adjusters 11.
