Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture with linear light source in which troublesomeness in operations for turning on/off the lighting fixture is reduced.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture 1 includes: a long fixture body 2; a pair of sockets 3, 4 arranged at two ends 2c, 2d of the fixture body 2 in the longitudinal direction so as to face each other; a straight-tube type light emitting lamp 5 attached to and detached from the pair of sockets 3, 4; a lighting device 6 whose input side is connected to a power supply and which causes the straight-tube type light emitting lamp 5 to turn-on; and a pair of three-way switches 7, 7 respectively arranged at the two ends 2c, 2d of the fixture body 2 in the longitudinal direction and turning-on/off the input of the power supply to the lighting device 6.
