The lighting inspection apparatus of the display panel 1 having a plurality of extraction electrodes comprises a panel retaining stand 17, where the display panel 1 is placed; a lighting signal generation means 19; a signal transmission means 7 for supplying a signal from the lighting signal generation means 19 to the display panel 1 in contact with the extraction electrode of the display panel 1; a panel lighting inspection unit 11 having a connection unit 23 for retaining the signal transmission means 7 and the extraction electrode of the display panel 1 while they are in contact each other; and a panel lighting inspection stand 13, where the panel lighting inspection unit 11 is detachably arranged.
