Title:
LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR RECOGNIZING BOARD MARK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3898496
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized lighting system for recognizing a board mark.
SOLUTION: A lighting system 50 for recognizing a board mark irradiates the surface of a printed board 12 with light to recognize a board mark 12a put thereon. The system comprises first and second annular lighting boards 1 and 2 that are so placed almost in parallel with the printed board as to be on the same axis. A plurality of first light-emitting members 3 mounted on the first lighting board 1 for vertically irradiating the surface of the printed board 12 with light and a plurality of second light-emitting members 4 mounted on the second lighting board 2 for obliquely irradiating the surface of the printed board 12 with light are provided. An opening part 1a at the center of the first lighting board 1 is set smaller than an opening part 2a at the center of the second lighting board 2, and further the first light-emitting member 3 is placed along the edge part of the opening at the center of the first lighting board 1. As a result, the surface of the printed board 12 is directly and vertically irradiated with light from the first light-emitting member 3 through the opening part 2a at the center of the second lighting board 2.
