Title:
PRINTED-STATE INSPECTION DEVICE FOR OPTICAL DISK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3898493
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed-state inspection device for optical disk that is equalized in the quantity of vertical light projected upon the printed surface of an optical disk.
SOLUTION: This printed-state inspection device is provided with a camera 1 which is faced to the printed surface 101a of the optical disk 101 with its optical axis X being aligned with that of the optical disk 101, a half mirror 2 positioned between the camera 1 and the disk 101 with its reflecting surface 2a being inclined by 45° from the optical axis X, and a lens 4 which is positioned between the mirror 2 and the disk 101 so that its optical axis may be aligned with the optical axis X, and the lens 4 may cause the light reflected by the printed surface 101a to form an image at the position of the camera 1. This inspection device is also provided with a lighting unit 3 having many LEDs 32 arranged in a plane positioned on a straight line L passing the intersection between the reflecting surface 2a and optical axis X and, at the same time, intersecting the optical X at right angles perpendicularly to the line L and a shield plate 10 arranged in parallel with the front face of the lighting unit 3.
