With this, as the light is received from the side direction of the optical member 1 and irradiation of the light is made using the light guide plate 12, an angle of the light source 2 with the optical member 1 can be made constant, thereby making the irradiated light direction setting easy, and the light distribution to a target location such as directly under the optical member etc. can be easily made.
