Abstract:
To provide a lighting tool for a vehicle with a heat radiating property from an infrared ray transmitting filter improved while restraining an adverse effect on infrared-ray light distribution.
The lighting tool for a vehicle 1 is provided with a light source 2, a cylindrical infrared-ray transmitting filter 3 arranged on a periphery of the light source 2 and having infrared-ray transmitting characteristics, and a reflector 6 reflecting light irradiated upward from the light source 2 and distributing it toward a front lower part 22. On a top-face part of the infrared-ray transmitting filter 3, circular heat-radiating holes 10 are formed along its axis line direction.
