Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a lilposome preparation having improved retention in blood, capable of existing in high concentration for many hours, by avoiding intake of the lilposome preparation in reticuloendothelial system.
CONSTITUTION: This lilposome preparation is a medicine-containing lilposome comprising a phospholipid as a membrane constituent component. The membrane of the lilposome is modified with an N-alkyl-N-acylamino acid.
