Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a simple structure easily capable of displacing a movable element in both directions in a linear drive device for a pump.SOLUTION: A linear drive device 101 includes constituting members mutually adjusted and disposed so that, by fully using a first operable electromagnetic drive device 102a, a second operable electromagnetic drive device 102b, and a drive piston 110 capable of driving in an axial direction with drive devices thereof, each of the drive devices may drive the drive piston in a direction directed from a non-operated drive device toward the operated drive device.
